I strongly suggest to pace this course weekly, as suggested. I can assure you, some of this information will not be new. However, the pace of the course and working alongside your coach is an important part of actually implementing the changes you need, in a sustainable, long-term way.
You’ll want to create small challenging, but do-able, action steps for each week. Ask yourself, what resonates with me? What feels hard? What feels easy? Do I have a block here? Be curious!
Use the time to practice and learn about your behavior and ability. Lean on your coach for support and guidance.

What to Expect from the Three-Month Program

With two months under your belt, you’ll dig into lifestyle edits to support long-term change — working on creating a balanced life and better sleep habits to support your whole health.
