Do what&#8217;s easy, like enjoy an organic rotisserie chicken and toss the left-over bones in a stock\u00a0pot or slow cooler with water, kombu, bay leaf, splash of apple cider vinegar, onion, celery, carrot, cilantro or parsley, salt, pepper &#8211; and cook it as long as you can stand on a very low simmer. L-Glutamine is a good example.
