It feeds our body, and if we eat it mindfully, it also feeds our soul and recharges our spirit.\u201d\u00a0 \u2015\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pinterest.com\/pin\/212443307408876370\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Thich Nhat Hanh,\u00a0Savor: Mindful Eating, Mindful Life<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-93948e4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"93948e4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Thich Nhat Hanh is one of the world\u2019s most famous and beloved writers on the Buddhist practice of mindfulness, and in his book <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2tR0mhc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Savor: Mindful Eating, Mindful Life,<\/a> he applies mindfulness to something every human does: eat. This book encourages us to spend time thinking not just about what we eat, but how. By stripping away the distractions, we can divert from mindless eating \u2014\u00a0just shoving convenient food in our mouth when and where we can \u2014\u00a0into mindful eating, with intention. Mindful eating isn\u2019t just some esoteric practice. Slowing down and being more aware of how you eat can also impact what you eat, making you realize when and why you\u2019re reaching for the wrong things, and halting those impulses.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><blockquote><p>&#8220;I began working with HBH nine months ago.
