Once warm, add a small amount of coconut oil to coat the pan. Let the oil heat for 1 minute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the oil is warm, add the diced onions. Saut\u00e9 for 3-4 minutes or until<br>translucent and soft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add garlic and saut\u00e9 30 seconds until fragrant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add greens and saut\u00e9 2-3 minutes until bright green color and wilted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour liquid (bone broth or coconut milk over).
