Cholesterol is an integral and very important part of our cell membranes and consuming high quality cholesterol is essential to our well being.<br><br><\/li>\n<li>We want large and fluffy cholesterol particles that can&#8217;t stick to our arterial lining. Sticky and dense particles created by artificial and poor quality fats are what we should worry about with heart disease. The cholesterol from eating eggs creates the right kind&#8230; Large and fluffy.<br><br><\/li>\n<li>Eggs do a lot more than just offer us healthy cholesterol:<br><br><\/li>\n<li>Eggs are the easiest to digest and nourishing food available to us. In fact, raw egg yolks can be absorbed fully without much digestive help. (Mayonnaise and Caesar dressing are two ways we love raw eggs)<br><br><\/li>\n<li>Egg yolks have most important vitamins like B1,B2, B12 (vital for your nervous system), A, D, and Biotin. They are also rich in choline an amino acids, both essential for your liver and nervous system.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Best eggs available:<br><\/strong><\/span><br><strong>Pastured Eggs<\/strong> &#8211; They are laid by chickens raised in green pastures in fresh air and sun that eat a natural omnivore diet full of bugs. (Sorry folks, that&#8217;s what they naturally eat)<br><br><strong>Organic Eggs<\/strong> &#8211; Organically raised chickens must be fed food that is free of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, hormones, and antibiotics.
