One rooted in understanding, not restriction.<\/p><h2>How to Build a Healthier Relationship With Food<\/h2><h3>1. Bring awareness to your patterns (food journaling)<\/h3><p>When you\u2019re trying to change your eating habits, the hardest part is simply noticing what\u2019s happening in the first place. A food journal can help you observe your days without judgment.<\/p><p>Instead of counting calories, jot down:<\/p><ul><li>what you ate<\/li><li>how you felt before and after<\/li><li>your sleep<\/li><li>your hunger levels<\/li><li>your stress levels<\/li><\/ul><p>This isn\u2019t about being \u201cgood.\u201d It\u2019s about becoming curious.
