  • Kale Chips: with nutritional yeast, sesame seeds and dulse.
  • Nori Chips: roast your own with sesame seeds.
  • Dippers: Flax Seed Crackers & Veggie Sticks
  • Veggie Sticks: Celery, carrots, endive lettuce, bell pepper, cucumber

Dip these in:

  • Hummus: roasted garlic, olive Guacamole: add cilantro for greens
  • Salsa: pulse in blender – easy!

  • Stewed Apples: Cook apples in a slow cooker with cinnamon and vanilla.
