  • 4 weekly focus modules (you’ll review these short video clips where the core of the curriculum will be rolled out)
  • 3 live calls via Zoom (90min each) We’ll go over the material from the modules and put strategies in place with real live scenarios. It will be an interactive workshop where you’ll build your community and support during this journey
  • Live coaching sessions during the calls led by Happy Belly Health Functional Medicine Wellness Coach of 13 years, Shanti Pappas and a volunteer participant from the group. This will give you perspective, education, and support for your own journey, as well. 
  • Open office hours to have one-on-one private support.
