Any Lettuce Salad

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 large head or 2 small heads of any lettuce such as Boston lettuce or red lettuce
  • 1/2 cup walnut dressing
  • 2 tablespoon crispy walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional) *

Directions

Wash and dry lettuce. Toss with dressing and divide between four plates. Sprinkle walnuts, tomato, and optional cheese on top. Serve immediately.

* Vegan/Vegetarian/DF/Paleo – Substitute with Cashew Cheese.
