Basic Red Wine Vinnie with Shallots

Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • 2 shallots, diced very fine
  • 6 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 6 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

Peel and dice the shallots very fine and put them in a bowl with the mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes. Then, whisk in the olive oil.
