  • ΒΌ cup your favorite green juice (choose a brand with 100% vegetables and greens, no or low fruit with less than 7g sugar from carbohydrates per serving. Evolution Fresh Essential Greens or Greens with Kale are good options)
  • 1 cup sparking water

Directions

  1. Pour sparkling water, then green juice over ice. Gently stir to mix.
