Red Rooibos Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 quart filtered water
  • 3 tbs red rooibos tea
  • 2 tbs elderberries
  • 2 tbs red raspberry leaf
  • 1 tbs nettle leaf
  • 1 tbs dried orange peel powder
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 pinch of dried stevia leaves (optional)

Directions:

  1. Bring one quart of filtered water to a boil.
  2. Combine dried tea mixture ingredients together. 
  3. Pour water over your dried tea mixture.
  4. Infuse for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Strain off herbs.
  6. Serve hot or iced.
  7. Will keep in the fridge for up to two days.
