Champion Protein Smoothie

This champion protein smoothie can be enjoyed as a pudding (use less water) or a shake. For more variety you can change up the fruit to 1/2 banana, pear, canned pumpkin, peach, etc.

Try different nut butters like macadamia nut, hazelnut, tahini (just be sure to read labels so it’s just the nut and maybe some salt).

Try different greens like romaine lettuce, chards, spinach, mint, basil. Try different spices like nutmeg and ginger. Use this recipe as a template and have fun with it.
