Ingredients

  • 1½ cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • ½ frozen banana (up to 1 banana for added sweetness)
  • 1 large handful raw spinach
  • 2 Tbs raw cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder (non alkaline is best)
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper (⅛ tsp or less)
  • 1 dash cinnamon (⅛ tsp or less)
  • 1 pinch pink Himalayan sea salt
  • 1-2 scoop vital proteins collagen peptides powder

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in high-speed blender and blend well (1-2 minutes)
