Lemon Ginger Tea

Grate an inch of ginger, put it in a pot with 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce low, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Allow to cool another few minutes. Strain and pour into a mug, squeeze in the juice of half a lemon, and stir with raw honey or stevia.

Green Lemonade

Process the vegetables through the juicer by admitting one vegetable at a time through the mouth of the juicer. The fiber will shoot out of the juicer into one container while the spout will eject the fresh juice into another container. Pour into a large glass and drink! Notice how
