Paleo Chai Latte

Ingredients: 2 large eggs ½ cup boiling water 1 tbs coconut oil 2 tsp ground cinnamon ½ tsp ground cardamom ⅛ tsp ground cloves ⅛ tsp stevia Directions: In a blender, combine eggs, water, coconut oil, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and date. Blend on high until mixture is frothy. Serve. Veg/GF/DF/Paleo

Avocado Date Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients: 1 banana, fresh or frozen 1 cup coconut milk or nut milk 2 dates, pitted 1/2 large avocado, peeled 1 tsp vanilla extract 3-4 cubes of ice, if you like a colder smoothie (optional) Cacao nibs or coconut flakes for garnish (optional) Directions: Place all ingredients in blender. Process

Sugar-Free Lemonade

Ingredients: 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice, or the juice of 4 large lemons Stevia to taste 3 1/2 cups cold water Lemon slices (optional) Ice Directions: Stir together the lemon juice and stevia. Add the water and fill the rest of the pitcher with ice and additional lemon slices.

Apple Pie Smoothie

If you run your blender long enough, it will fully puree a whole, cored pear or apple. Leave the skin on! Add cinnamon, vanilla, and/or nutmeg an stevia drops to “kick up” the flavor.  Add a little coconut oil and 2 or 3 whole kale leaves without stems to increase

Anytime Autumn Smoothie

Lemon Water
